GETTING THE BALL STARTED with a few Archived TESTIMONIALS

"My husband and I recently met with an Apex Professionals Representative. We accepted their offer about 2 weeks ago just as my 2009 maintenance fee bill arrived. Apex Professionals paid my 2009 fee and boy are we glad we met them in time! The maintenance fees went up again this year and are now $662. I’ll be able to use my maintenance fee savings for more Christmas shopping from now on! Thank you Apex Professionals!"

- Sylvia Hergert, Phoenix, AZ

"We went to meet with Apex Professionals in Chicago. We’ve spent over $1000 with two different listing companies – and we’ve had no luck trying to sell our timeshare. We were anxious to see what Apex Professionals had to offer. We met with a representative face to face (it was so nice to meet in person) and their offer ended up being exactly what our family needed."

- Bill & Peggy Jenson, Chicago, IL

"I must start out by saying that we loved our timeshare and we have great memories at our resort. When we got a card in the mail from Apex Professionals, my wife and I had been talking about selling our timeshare. We weren’t using it as much anymore and we were discouraged by the rising maintenance fees and the increased difficulty in trading. Before meeting with Apex Professionals, we heard horror stories from our friends who had tried many times to sell and even donate their timeshare. We were concerned that we might have to go through the same experience; thankfully Apex Professionals gave us an IMMEDIATE solution that made complete financial sense. Because Apex Professionals made it so simple, we were able to transfer our timeshare and still keep all our good memories!"

- Taylor & Kris Lowell, Philadelphia, PA

"Apex Professionals was a life saver! At our age, we were concerned about our children inheriting our 3 timeshares. They are too busy to use them and we didn’t want to burden them with the fees. We’ve tried to sell a few times over the past several years to no avail. Apex Professionals showed up at just the right time and we accepted their offer immediately!!"

- Richard & Fanny Corvallis, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

"I’ve been extremely happy with Apex Professionals. I’m in the professional field myself and I purchased my timeshare on holiday. I have never used it since and it’s been a nuisance in my busy life. When I vacation, I jump online and plan a quick trip that includes hotel, flights and rental car. I don’t need my timeshare. Thank you Apex for solving my timeshare problem!"

  1. I also inherited a timeshare when my dad passed away. At first I thought it would be able to sell if for at least a few thousand but instead we spent $1800 on advertising promoting it through newspapers and with online listing companies. Finally I gave up and said to heck with it. They [the developers] can just have it back. Of course, they did not take it back. I used to think I was the only one, but know I realized that many people do end up getting these once their parents pass on. Doesn’t seem right!

  2. I have been working with Apex Professionals for 4 months now and recently I had the pleasure of assisting a couple in Idaho finally ride themselves of their "once cherished" timeshare. They had been timeshare owners for over 25 years. In the past few years their timeshare had become a complete frustration and financial burden to their lifestyle! They explained how frustrating and mentally draining it was trying to get someone on the phone to reserve time, even for their 50th year anniversary! When they finally did get someone on the phone, the resort simply said they couldn't accommodate them for 1.5 years. When the owners persisted to reserve time, the resort representative stated they would be better off calling the resort and paying as a renter to get on to their property -Already after paying their maintenance fees!! They now feel great relief from their timeshare burden and know they will Never have another maintenance fee bill again!!

  3. I have been working with Apex Professionals thru this last year and have had many incredible experiences in meeting with many time share owners that no longer wanted to own their timeshare. One of the most satisfying moments that I have had is when Dorothy came in with her husband carrying a tremendous burden of ownership of a time share that they had not been using for quite a few years and had invested over a $1000 trying to sell it. When we completed the transfer paperwork I reached for her hand to let her know that she no longer had the burden of ownership and the release of all the frustrations and burden began flowing tear after tear. I got the biggest hug and thank you you could imagine. What an incredible feeling knowing that I was part of such a positive experience and the start of a new chapter in someones life.

  4. I have been working for this extremely professional and compassionate company for 7 months now. I am overwhelmed by the gratification I receive from helping struggling owners out of this timeshare trap. I meet so many different people every weekend, all with different stories, but all struggling with the same issue...their timeshare.

One person in particular, stands out in my mind every weekend I sit down with people. A woman named Connie came to us, struggling to pay her bills. She had lost her husband a few years back, and then her son just a month before meeting with us. Her son left behind a wife, 3 children and a timeshare with a $1100 maintenance fee bill attached. Connie was struggling to support her daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren. It was hard enough to feed them, let alone take a vacation to Florida where her timeshare was and pay that huge maintenece fee. She had tried everything to get rid of it, including paying $2500 to listing companies. The worst part about it all, is the resort recommended the listing companies to her when she called them to asked if she could "give it back". They told her "We're sorry, but we don't take them back, however, here's a list of companies who can sell your timeshare for you. You'll be able to get at least what your son paid for it....Remember the more people you list with, the better chance you have of selling it." Come to find out later, a couple of the listing companies she had used were connected to the resort. You guessed it! She never received a phone call. After going through all that, she knew our offer was the only way out and that it truly was the BEST financial decision she could make for her family.

I know this story is quite sad, and truly I meet people like this every week. The fact is...we just never know what life will bring our way. For alot of people I help...they accept our offer because of the future and what it may hold. It's so important, right now especially, for us all to think about the future of our finances. Everyday I meet people with frowns on their faces because of this situation they are in, and they leave with smiles because of the relief of not owning their timeshare anymore and the peace of mind of knowing that our company WILL handle this transfer legally and professionally!

  5. I have personally stayed at several different Timeshare Resorts with my Wife and children. All of which were really nice accommodations. We all enjoy the variety we find at different Resorts. I book these vacations online at very low prices and in almost every time have been able to book within a week or two before traveling. Prices that are at or below the maintenance fees that are paid by the actual owners. I have talked with hundreds of owners at Resorts across the Country and a lot of them have the opposite experience with their ownerships. After seeing an ABC News clip recently http://www.abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=6260205 , the stories I have heard from hundreds of owners were echoed in this clip. It is a must see for any Timeshare owner. Hitting the nail on the head of the Timeshare industry about what's happening right now! The resorts are great, yes, I stay in them myself. It's the changes that have taken place in the industry, the contracts that have become the burden to the owners today. I encourage every timeshare owner to get the latest information and watch this 8 minute clip. You'll be glad you did.

  6. my name is John, I have had the privledge to be working with apex over the last year. In this time I have seen and heard from alot of folks that are all having similar problems with their timeshare properties.
I remember just last weekend sitting with a couple that had had their timeshare for 20 years, and they had used it every single year!! they had an amazing experience with their timeshare, but times had changed. their children where grown and had moved away as they grew into their own lives with their own families. as we talked more I found that while they have been using their timeshare every year they were finding that they were using it more out of guilt then pleasure.
they did not want their maintence fees wasted by not going on their vacation. But they were finding that when they did go on vacation they would rather just stay with their children.
for these folks it made perfect sense to get out of their timeshares while they still had all the good memories of their past use. Rather then to hang onto it and only use it because they knew if they didn't use it they would be wasting money.
I help them out of their timeshare!! they are now planning on using the money they will save by not paying their maintence fees to redo their master bathroom!! they will vacation the way they want to now and will be able to stay with their children guilt free!

  7. My name is Leanne and I met with Mike, John, and Tim in Portland, OR. I had six time shares. Mike and Tim developed a solution for me to no longer have any responsibility for maintenance fees, special assessments and taxes to the resorts, which over the next few years would cost me or my heirs many thousands of dollars. They showed sincere concern for my particular situation and the consideration I was shown was phenomenal.

  8. As I mentioned in a recent post above, I enjoy staying at timeshare resorts. Who wouldn't? Their wonderful places to stay. It's the contracts that owners are finding are a source of pain for them.
As a proud member of the Apex family, I helped several struggling timeshare owners in Roanoke, VA this past Friday and Saturday. I met with a widower who hasn't used his timeshare in years. Then his maintenance fees increased 57% from 2008 to 2009! That's right...57%!!! Another gentleman I met with had paid three companies sell his timeshare for him. Not one response from any of them. I also met with a director of a charitable organization. The organization had taken on the property many many years ago. With ever increasing maintenance fees, this charity now views the timeshare as a liability the organization can't afford to have on the books. Years ago there were charities that would accept timeshares as a donation. Now, they need out of them just like everyone else. I met with a couple that had just purchased their timeshare in October of 2008. Everything, just about everything that they were told when they bought it was false. They told the salesperson at the resort that they would need to be able to use this during specific months due to their work schedules. As it turns out, the two months they told them that they needed to travel during were not a part of their "flex" time package. They were also told they would be able to book a bonus "any" time week for only $69.00! That's a great deal for a week I thought. So did they, until they called about that too. "Oh, they didn't tell you it was $69.00 per night?" That's $483.00 not $69.00 like they were told. Big difference. So for them to actually be able to use their timeshare during the two months they would be able to vacation, they would have to pay their maintenance fees, but would also have to pay an additional $69.00 a night!!! They were further informed that the sales office is closed for the next five months so there is no way to confront the person who sold them their timeshare. They have already received a letter notifying them of a 20% increase in maintenance fees for next year. All of this and more has happened since October of 2008, just 4 months ago.
People thanked me, shook my hand, and some people hugged me for helping them with their timeshare. I feel blessed to have a job that truly helps people with a difficult situation in their lives.

  10. I have been working for Apex for three and a half years now and over the course of those years I have personally help thousands of owners out of their timeshare contracts and increasing maintenance fees.
The number one complaint I here from owners is that their resort has started renting out the exact same units and weeks to the general public that they had to pay thousands of dollars for. And mean while their fees have continued to increase every year whether they use their property or not.
When their signing the final documents with our company to no longer own their timeshare and the fees that go along with it, you can literally see the weight that is lifted off their shoulders because they know they will never pay another dime to their resort after meeting with us. That is why I enjoy what I do and will continue to work for this company. Rex Jr.

  11. My name is Ian and i have had the privledge of working with Apex Professionals for 5 months now. Having been a Military Policeman in the Army for over 6 years, i wanted to pursue a job that incorporated alot of my core values and beliefs, like honor, selfless service, and most of all, integrity. I have not only found a meaningful job, but a career that I am proud of that has the same values that I do. A position in which I am also given the responsibility to make the right decision in helping people and their families. One couple that stands out in my mind the most, was a couple that I met in Ocala Florida. They had spent over $5,000 in listing fees with NO results. With 4 different timeshares and no end in sight to the grief their Timeshare and Maintenance fees were causing them, thats when they came to see us. They accepted our offer and are now timeshare and maintenance fee bill free.

  12. Every week I meet wonderful people that have enjoyed their timeshare experience for years and then something in their life changes. In some cases it's health related, other times it's the loss of a spouse. What ever their reason is, they often try to find a buyer through re-sale companies. I've just met a couple that spent almost $5000 advertising through listing companies. They were relieved to learn our company offers an immediate buyer, no ifs, ands, or buts. And our purchase also qualified them to get a refund of the "marketing fees" they recently paid to a listing company. It's a great feeling to help people get money back in their pockets for a change! My name is Mike and I've been working with Apex Professionals for 5 months.

  13. I am glad to say that I have been working for Apex Professionals for almost a year now. I think the biggest reason that I love my job is that I love helping people, and I enjoy the gratitude and thanks I receive from people I help every day. I remember helping a couple out of their maintenance fee contract a month or so ago and they were so grateful. He was in a wheelchair and not able to travel anymore and they had been looking for a way to stop paying the fees that they had no use for anymore. It felt great to know that I had contributed to their financial stability and peace of mind, and that we provided a solution they had looked for for so long! Grant Anderton

  14. Last night we met with a representative from Apex Professionals. We owned a timeshare in Kissimmee, FL for the past 11 years and have seen the maintenance fees sky rocket! That is our main reason wanting out. We also recently bought a 5th wheel camper and plan to travel that way instead. Thank you APEX, for giving us a way out.
