  1. My name is Michael. I've been with Apex Professionals about 3 years. I met with a very nice couple in Florida who enjoyed their timeshare ownership for over 20 years. Health issues had made travel difficult in the last few years, so they had been trying to sell. After meeting with them, I was able to help them with their property, save them thousands of dollars and show them how to get back some money on that property.

  3. In November of 2008 I met with a couple from Daytona Beach FL. They were owners at two Fairfield Vacation Resorts and had purchased eneough points to qualify for the highest or "Gold" level trades. They were recently told that they now had to purchase additional points to qualify for the "Platinum" level to continue getting the premium trades. They were disillusioned, and also felt that the restrictive trading system had been hampering their "pick-up and go" lifestyle. They were happy to learn that they would not only be putting some money back in their pockets but that they would be able to take back control of their vacation options again! My name is Mike and I've been working with APEX Professionals since September 2008.

  4. I work with Apex Professionals and I must say I have never seen so many people in a position where they think they are different than everyone else.

    If a customer could see the thousands of people we see in a month that all have a similar story. 50% of the people we meet are just like them just a few years down the road. They have tried to sell their timeshare for 5-15 years and spent anywhere between $200-$5000 in listing fees.

    When I meet all of these people I am hoping that one person might say yes - I received a call however they NEVER have.

    With websites such as http://abcnews.go.com/video/playerIndex?id=6260205 , and CNN Money, Newsweek, David Ramsey, Suzie Orman, Attorney's General Websites, and even government warnings it shocks me that people do not pay attention to what is being said by everyone. In some way people feel as if they are different than the millions of people in the same place where they are. Everyone finds themself in a similar position and of course your locked into a contract that last forever.

    The biggest question is who would ever sign a contract if they knew it was for 150 years of their lives ?

    Anyway I wanted to share a timeshare joke that I found online:

    A timeshare salesperson dies and goes to heaven. (No, that’s not the joke.) The guard at the gate says, “Welcome, you have your choice of heaven or hell. I’ll show you both and you make the choice.” Hell is filled with the salesperson’s friends eating pizza, drinking beer and enjoying themselves in a crystal clear pool. Everyone is having fun. Heaven is boring . . . strangers sitting sullenly on clouds. The salesperson is surprised but tells the guard, “This is a no-brainer. I’ll take hell.” POOF! The salesperson finds himself chained to red-hot rocks, fire and brimstone everywhere. He sees the guard and yells, “Hey, what happened? This is not what you showed me.” The guard replies, “Oh, that was only the model, this is the real thing.”

  5. My name is Mike and I work with Apex Professionals. This past week I met with 100+ timeshare owners in South Carolina and as usual several never bought a timeshare. That right...they owned one, but never bought one. They were the unsuspecting heirs that did'nt know or anticipate the expensive annual maintenance fees that came with the inheirited deed to their parent's "vacation". One lady in particular stands out. Christine had done her research and was disssapointed with options she found to sell a timeshare. She came to see us and was happy to find an immediate offer to get out from under the ever escalating fees.
    Another satisfied EX-timeshare owner!

They were so frustrated with having to pay rising maintenance fees and special assessments that had come from tropical weather patterns, that they were literally losing sleep over their timeshare. Their biggest concern was the thought of their property and it's Bills being passed on to one of their children. After meeting with Apex Professionals they were so relieved to be able to finally step outside of their maintenance fee contract -forever! They now are timeshare free!

  8. I have had the priviledge of working for Apex Professionals for three years now. Over the years I have sat with hundreds of timeshare owners, predominantly, owners just feel so relieved they are walking out "FREE". "No more timeshare worries!"
    Helping people is the greatest blessing of all, living my life being thankful for all the lives that I can be a part of is also important to me, including... working for a company that I can truly say has integrity AND a loyal and faithful HEART!

  9. We loved having the timeshare in the beginning and stayed at very nice places. In the last few years we have been unable to stay in the ones we pick out and settle for what is available. They are usually very nice but not where or what we wanted. Now with our work schedules we are getting very limited in being able to go where we want, when we want. The APEX professional made it very easy for us to transfer our timeshare and get out from under the rising maintenance fees.

  10. Our names are Cathy and Rex and we met with 2 companies today about our timeshares. We first went to see a company that rescues timeshare owners and it seemed a little complicated with all of the different prices and discounts, etc. We met with a person for a few minutes and then he moved around to other people and then came back. He seemed to be the decision maker but he wouldn't answer our concerns or questions like we wanted. So, luckily we had an appointment later on with Apex Professionals, LLC to discuss our real needs about our timeshares. We have 4 timeshares that we decided to discuss with them, and it was straight forward and uncomplicated. We met with Rion and he answered all of our questions, and he even showed us how we could benefit for years to come by not owning our timeshares today. Working with Apex was completely different in that we were given special attention to detail, and it made financial sense to sell all four properties. When it came time to signing on the dotted line, I had Ian, Shannon, Mike and also Rion helping us. Wow, what a difference in service, and not only were they all professional, accurate, and considertate, they made us feel certian about our decision. We had four timeshares when we met with them, and when we left we didn't have the financial burden of any timeshares. I want to let people know, when it comes to dealing with something so important, it really matters which company you choose to do business with. Thank you very much Apex and the whole team for your special attention.

  11. Hello I guess for my husband and I, coming to own a timeshare came at the most untimely manner..My Mother had passed away about 6 months ago and my father had already passed on. In our grief we recieved a congradulations in the mail that we now owned two lovely time shares in hawaii and our maintence fees would be 1350 per year.
    For us, paying that on top of funeral expenses were too much to bare. And then learning through several different companies that there was no way out because of our contract!!!
    My husband and I thank the Lord every day that we came to Apex professionals who were so compassionate with our situation.
    Our representative Shannon was very attentive and answered all our questions.
    This company is sharp and I would refer them to all my friends.

  14. We received a postcard in the mail regarding how to get rid of our timeshare. We haved owned our timeshare for 17 years and due to increasing annual maintenance fees decided to try to sell it. Apex Professionals not only were very professional, but very informative and great to work with. They have given us peace of mind. We would recommend them to anyone who is trying to get out of their timeshare.
